I have made an executive decision to try and get back to working out and dieting. I’m not by any means obese, but I could spare a few pounds. I’ve always had a problem with commitment, but hopefully this time will be different. I have a good core full body workout and I’m planning on doing cardio. Hopefully I can lean down by the time college rolls around.
WORKOUT:
Squats – 12-20 reps
Bench Press – 8-10 reps
Stiff leg deadlifts – 10-12 reps
Military Press – 8-10 reps
Deadlift – 8-10 reps
Bicep curls – 6-8 reps
Tricep extinctions – 6-8 reps
So, I’ve recently gotten into losing weight, mainly for my girlfriend, karate, and wrestling. Trust me, it’s a killer. I’m taking so many pills and supplements I feel like I live in a pharmacy. The thing that I think is the best part is working out. I mostly lift weights, sometimes I do cardio, but mostly I hit the heavy bag after lifting. My family and I go to a club called Fitness 19. It is usually packed, which my dad hates, but I don’t mind. After working out, I take a whey protein with L- glutamine . I’m also taking fat loss pills, it’s a 4- pill stack that burns the fat. I’m also going to start a diet. Dieting is the worst part, especially when you have a mother that won’t stop buying the junk food, and no healthy foods. A major problem is that one of the staple foods when you’re on a diet is eggs, and I absolutely HATE eggs! As of two night ago, I weigh 231. I’m going to keep track of my weight- loss on this site and I’ll post a weekly blog of what’s going on weight- wise.
